LeoVegas have confirmed they have launched its proprietary sportsbook product in the Danish market in what it is a big milestone for the company.
The announcement marks a significant milestone in the company’s international rollout plans which promises an enhanced betting experience for players in the Danish market.
Their main features for the new sportsbook include a modern design, a faster interface, significant updates in live betting, and an innovative bonus experience.
In the build-up to releasing, Adrian Vella, Chief Product and Technology Officer at LeoVegas Group, revealed that understanding the local market was key to a successful launch and that they are just getting started on their international rollout plans.
“It’s taken a lot of work behind the scenes to integrate the technologies and get here with set fundamentals for a global scale. We’ve significantly scaled up our engineering capabilities, welcomed brilliant new talent, and tapped into the deep expertise of our engineering, product, and design teams.
“A big part of getting this right was understanding the local market. We carried out extensive market research to make sure our Sportsbook is tailored specifically for Danish players from day one.
“The result has been a successful launch with a fully upgraded Sportsbook experience. It’s a big step forward, and we’re just getting started on our international rollout plans.”
Key features from their launch have included: enhanced live betting experience with personalised live event views, Bet Assist, streaming, and more in-depth live statistics, new ways to bet including Flex Combination betting and the option to reuse betslips. Plus, they’ve given players more control with features like Partial Cash Out and introducing real-time Missions to keep the experience dynamic and rewarding.
Future additions might include more focus on social features, new technologies that can make live betting more social and engaging and rolling out their sportsbook into more countries and across more brands.
