Winfinity’s new Preview feature can help build a “community of gamers” according to the firm’s New Business Manager, Ray Freilibs.

Speaking to Jessie Sale, Senior Journalist for SBC News, Freilibs explained that players will be “one click away” from reliving their winning moments.

He said: “Imagine you win $10,000 right now and you want to relive the moment or be able to share it with your friends around social media. You will be able to do that just one click away. It’s going to have a link generated for you so you can share it.

“It’s going to be community built and we’re trying to build a community for our games and spread the word about how awesome it is to play with new features because in live casino you don’t see that around too much.”

During the interview, Freilibs also detailed how Winfinity is aiming to produce quality content so that its partners can “set the standards themselves” when it comes to live casino content.

“Our mission is to create luxurious content. Live casino competitors are everywhere. For me personally, if you’re asking me about Winfinity, we’re building a new standard of luxury quality studios out there,” he explained.

“The challenges that we want to fix, I think, in live casino is the fact that we want to up the quality in general for our partners. I believe that our games should be nothing less of quality out there.

“It is the Rolls Royce of igaming. You could have an average car, but you could always dream about a supercar on a poster on your wall and we want to be those guys and you’re going to be able to play those games.”

Another topic of discussion during the interview, filmed at SBC Summit Lisbon, was Winfinity’s use of AI and how it can help build “brand loyalty and trust” through the removal of human error.

“We have implemented AI everywhere, whether it’s blackjack, roulette or it’s our game shows. It’s helping our employees work, it’s helping the game show hosts work and its helping the actual operators themselves,” explained Freilibs

“Every human error is a big deal and we want to get rid of that. We want to be able to save money for our partners and this also works with our brand awareness and brand trust. Players are superstitious and if they start seeing something that doesn’t look good to them visually, they start to not trust the game.

“With AI, you know it’s mathematical and you know it cannot be faked or rigged. We work very closely with player trust and this is where AI comes in to support all the superstition the players have.”
