Imagine Live CEO, Martin Martirosyan, has highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence in the supplier’s live casino offerings.
Speaking at SBC Summit Lisbon, Martirosyan explained how AI has improved dealer performance and overall game quality, contributing to the company’s recent success.
“One of the crucial changes for us in live casino was integrating AI for dealer performance management,” Martirosyan said. “This has been a fantastic success, appreciated by both operators and players.
“We’ll continue introducing new elements as AI gradually learns more, expanding its coverage across our live casino offerings.”
Martirosyan also noted the growing use of robotic art technologies to enhance streaming and camera control, alongside gameplay innovations like the progress bar in Roulette Rouge to boost player engagement.
Localisation remains a key focus for Imagine Live as it expands globally. With licences recently obtained in Romania and Greece, and Italy, Belgium, and Ontario on the horizon, Martirosyan emphasized tailoring offerings to meet market-specific player needs.
He noted: “We assess the market, players’ preferences, native languages, and technological requirements before entering, ensuring we bring new and relevant experiences to each market.”
