With a key focus on game optimisation, Swinnt is eyeing expansion into new markets as the firm prepares for a pivotal 2022.

It comes as the group’s newly appointed chief product officer, Per Hedén shared his insight with CasinoBeats on how it is ready to accelerate momentum through further improving product development and innovative content.

“I think I can help Swintt become even more successful with their product development. There is already a lot of talent and a wide skill set at Swintt; my role will be to join in and help navigate the product journey,” Hedén said.

One of Swinnt’s priorities on this journey will be the optimisation of the game development process which would increase the entertainment value of future games:

“My initial focus will be to optimise our game development process. We’re actually making investments by implementing a game concept team that will really focus on prototyping, play tests and making continuous improvements to our games. We want to make sure that the concepts and games are fun before we move further on to our game studios”, the CPO commented.

Per Hedén comes from a rich professional background, having previously worked in health-tech, ecommerce, data management, as well as online gambling. All roles he’s been involved with include different forms of digitalisation, disruption and moving offline business models online.

He concluded with Swinnt’s advances towards new markets, looking forward to a ‘fantastic’ 2022 for the company:

“We also plan to continue our growth in existing markets while also expanding to more markets. This month, we made our entry into the Netherlands market – and our biggest market move this year is our launch into North America.

“We’ll start in New Jersey and add a number of other states before the end of this year. Our game roadmap is also the strongest it’s ever been. We’ll soon be showcasing The Crown, our first branded game, which features iconic footballer and actor Vinnie Jones.

“That will be followed by two more branded games which will be released during this year. Alongside our Swintt Play It Back gamification tool, I truly believe that this will be a fantastic year for Swintt.”
