Campeon Gaming Outlines Winning Formula for Operators Amid Intensifying iGaming Competition

At SBC Summit Lisbon, Campeón Gaming’s Head of Casino, Dimos Papadimos, shared key insights on what operators need to succeed in an increasingly competitive iGaming market.

Papadimos emphasised that a carefully curated product mix, a functional website, and an effective CRM system are critical, but round-the-clock player support remains a differentiator.

He explained: “As soon as players join the site, they may have questions. Answering them promptly is essential because players want to know someone is there to resolve issues.”

Looking ahead, Papadimos identified closer collaboration between developers and operators as a trend set to reshape the industry. “If they work in tandem, they can create something exclusive that neither the market nor competitors currently offer,” he noted.

Localisation also emerged as a key focus, with Papadimos noting that players increasingly expect “fresh, tailored experiences” that resonate with their preferences and regions.

Reflecting on Campeón’s performance in 2025, he highlighted the company’s progress in player retention and engagement.
