Art and design are key strategies to improve customer loyalty, according to iGate’s Head of B2B Business Development and Customer Success, Styliana Kalogreadou.
Speaking to SBC News’ Business Journalist Jessie Sale, at SBC Summit Lisbon, Kalogreadou emphasised that the platform provider prides itself on “top-notch design solutions”.
She said: “We are firm believers that art and design are top elements when it comes to the loyalty of the player. When a player resonates with the art and design they are far more likely to navigate the site and become loyal to that specific site so I would say it is a key element for us.”
Art and design have been a particular focus for iGate in recent years and, earlier this month, the firm’s CEO, John Foster, detailed how innovating its art and design helps iGate differentiate itself in a competitive market.
Kalogreadou also highlighted the importance of iGate’s “boutique approach” which means that operators can enjoy the “undivided attention” of the company when launching sportsbook and casino solutions.
“One of our unique selling points is that during the launching period of a partner’s brand, they have our undivided attention,” explained Kalogreadou “Our boutique approach means that we are focusing completely on bespoke solutions and tailor solutions to our partner’s needs.”
“Our main objective is that we are highly focused on bringing sportsbook and casino solutions to our gaming entrepreneurs easily so we allow them to launch a project with us relatively quickly.”
Towards the end of the interview, Kalogreadou spoke about iGate’s plans for the future and revealed its aim to develop more retention tools, as well as gamification mechanics, in a bid to “further enhance gameplay and player loyalty”.
