Betting shops in England have been given the green light to reopen in areas with tier three Coronavirus restrictions once the current national lockdown ends next week.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson confirmed the move as he set out details of how England will emerge from its second national lockdown from the 3rd of December.
Casinos however face continued uncertainty after the Prime Minister confirmed they will remain closed in tier three areas.

Spain’s DGOJ has sealed a new partnership with the Spanish Professional Footballers Association that aims to combat match-fixing and uphold sports integrity values.
The regulatory agency will work with the players association to develop a new ‘athlete first’ collaborative framework to tackle the risks of match-fixing and illegal wagers across Spanish football leagues.
The partnership will establish shared protocols, with a focus on crime prevention through educating players, clubs and officials on the risks of illegal betting.
