Last September, Scott Sibella announced an abrupt departure from Resorts World, stepping down as its President and CEO for, what was stated at the time, as violating company policy.
However, since then, details of what these violations were have been in short supply. This was until Thursday last week, when the Department of Justice reported that Sibella pleaded guilty to failing to file reports of suspicious transactions while working in this role as CEO of MGM Grand and MGM Resorts.
