Hollywood superstar Jamie Foxx is the face of BetMGM’s new TV campaign ahead of the 2024 football season.
The Academy and Grammy Award winner has appeared in a series of ad spots showcasing BetMGM’s “born in Las Vegas” brand DNA and its focus on “treating its customers right”.
Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer for BetMGM, commented: “Jamie Foxx is a rare talent who can captivate an audience in any forum.
“This campaign, in partnership with Highdive, taps into his confidence and range, and will both entertain and inform viewers about BetMGM’s exciting new features for football season.”
According to BetMGM, the spots highlight the premier experience that BetMGM provides to its customers.
In the first ad, titled Anthem, Foxx demonstrates how BetMGM customers are treated to hotel suites and other real-world benefits redeemable through the operator’s rewards programme.
Another spot features Foxx explaining BetMGM’s “Second Chance” promotion, which allows anyone who places a straight bet on a player to score the first touchdown to automatically win back their wager if that player scores the second touchdown.
On the new campaign, Foxx said: “I always love creating fun content with my BetMGM family when football season comes around. We had a blast filming these spots and showing the swagger of BetMGM.”
The campaign was produced in conjunction with Highdive and was directed by Brian Billow. It will be aired nationwide in prime time and continue to run on multiple platforms throughout the upcoming season.
With the opening round of the new NFL season just days away, BetMGM is not the only operator to unveil its new marketing campaign.
