PrizePicks has revealed the “star-studded lineup” for its second-annual PrizePicks World Championship.
To be held on 17 November, the one-day, winner-takes-all event will see celebrities such as the UFC superstar “Suga” Sean O’Malley, comedian Drew “Druski” Desbrodes and ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith.
The competitors will be tasked with competing using the company’s 6-Pick Flex offering to build the best lineup for NFL Sunday.
Social media casting
Alongside the 12 celebrities and PrizePicks ambassadors, the Georgia-based daily fantasy sports company is hosting an open social media casting call to fill the 12 spots allotted in the competition for fans.

Between 28 October and 6 November, fans are required to post their “favourite PrizePicks win, memory or moment” on X, Instagram or TikTok with a caption including the tag ‘#PrizePicksW’.
The winners of the casting call will be treated with a trip to Atlanta and the chance to compete for a grand team prize of $100,000. Competitors will also have the chance at a free lineup for an opportunity to win $1m.
“The PrizePicks World Championship is going to be insane,” commented O’Malley, the UFC Bantamweight contender. “It’s giving fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to not just play with their favourite but to be with them in [Atlanta] watching the games play out.”
PrizePicks urges fans to “Run Your Game”
In August, O’Malley appeared in PrizePick’s latest ad campaign – titled “Run Your Game” – ahead of the start of the new football season.
Druski, sports betting personality Trent Attyah and music artist Joe Budden also featured in the campaigns which included ads showing the trio sharing their best picks for the night.
Another saw O’Malley and Attyah at a pool party explaining how to “lock in for game day” on PrizePicks.
