What is being said?
Hartbig speaking on the company’s expansion into new markets: “Expansion is always exciting and fun and is new. But in our case 2020 was a very tough year, not only due to COVID-19 but also due to the industry and the way it develops and the more mature markets in Europe.
“When you go through a period of more challenges, whether it’s internal or external, we as a company believe that it’s time to invest even further and grow even further. We laid the seed in 2020 while we had to adjust to the COVID-19 situation, we also had to lay the seed for the future growth.
“We have been investing a lot and starting new markets. In 2020 we started in Columbia, in Brazil, we opened up in Croatia, we started in Kenya and now 2021 we will continue that path and we have many more markets to come in 2021.”
