After a week off, Star Sports Trader Chat has returned as Johnny Ward is joined by Flynn Goward to reflect on a turbulent period for sporting results.

Goward lauded Lewis Hamilton, as his victory at the British Grand Prix intensified the two-horse race for the FI Drivers Championship, between the Englishman and Max Verstappen.

Inevitably the talk turned to horse racing, and the focus moved to the upcoming Arc, with popular pick Snowfall remaining the favourite in a tough market to price.

The pair also looked back on ‘a great night’ at the Greyhound Derby, a night that was complimented by a good night on course for the operators, on a night that marked another step on the road to normality following the pandemic.

Looking ahead to the Olympics, Gowan revealed that the event is difficult to price due to the lack of form knowledge. He also revealed a plethora of ante-post markets on over and under medal markets as the operator outlined ambitions to cover every sport on the event.
