Both Flynn Goward and Johnny Ward both heaped praise on A P O’Brien’s Luxembourg ahead of the jump season and the Vertem Futurity Trophy, which takes place amidst much excitement this weekend. 

The pair were running out of superlatives to describe Luxembourg, as the horse prepares for a busy period, as it looks to escalate its status and CV. 

It comes after a thrilling spectacle at Ascot, which Goward revealed provided mixed fortunes for Star Sports, on the track, and in the office. 

There was also exponential turbulence from the Champions League, as both Liverpool and Manchester United overcame difficult clashes to land big victories. 

Furthermore, Liverpool were the big market-movers in the Premier League as Mo Salah cemented his status as one world’s best and shortened his price to be top goalscorer and player of the year. 

Ahead of a massive clash with Manchester United Sunday, Klopp’s side also shortened their price to be crowned champions, still clear second favourites behind Manchester City though, who are well-back to retain their crown.
