It’s a testament to how high the bar has been set for Steph Curry that fans were eyeing odds on him taking the NBA three-point record on Saturday, however, the Golden State Warriors star was below par by his own astronomical standards during the Warriors’ 102-93 loss to the 76ers.

He now moves onto a clash with Indiana Pacers, with ESPN’s Daily Wager picking him to take it against the New York Knicks, in their following collision.

Breaking Ray Allen’s record is inevitable for Curry, who has set the Western Conference alight this season as he looks to spearhead the Warriors to postseason glory.

Golden State Warriors are currently favourites for the Western Conference at 5/2, followed by the Phoenix Suns and the LA Lakers.

Curry is also the clear market leader when it comes to betting for the NBA season MVP, although Brooklyn Nets talisman, Kevin Durant is edging closer in the race after bagging 51 points against the Detroit Pistons.
