This week’s SBC Awards 2021 ceremony is set to bring together the betting and gaming sector for a celebration of the very best the industry has to offer.
The eighth edition of the event takes place at Evolution London on the evening of 14 December and will once again combine honouring the top performing companies in the industry with a fantastic end of year party.
Guests, who include senior representatives of many high-profile operators and key suppliers, can look forward to a champagne reception, sumptuous three-course meal, entertainment and après ski-themed after party.
The highlight of the evening will be the awards ceremony itself, which is hosted by World Cup winner Marcel Desailly and sports broadcaster Kirsty Gallacher.
More than 40 awards will be presented, as the global industry recognises the best-performing operators and affiliates, and the most creative and innovative sportsbook, gaming and payments suppliers.
A host of major brands are represented on the shortlists, with bet365, BetConstruct, Betradar, Betsson Group, Betway, Digitain, EveryMatrix, Evolution, FanDuel, Genius Sports, GoldenRace, KaizenGaming, Ladbrokes, LeoVegas, Novibet, Nuvei, TrueLayer, Trustly and William Hill just some of the companies hoping to get the nod from the independent judging panels.
The ceremony will also celebrate the arrival of some exciting challenger brands by announcing a series of Rising Star awards for operators and suppliers, which showcase the emerging talent in the industry.
Rasmus Sojmark, Founder and CEO of SBC, said: “Winning an SBC Award is now recognised across the betting and gaming industry as a mark of excellence, so it will be fascinating to discover who the judges have identified as the best of the best over the last 12 months.
“As well as honouring the teams from the victorious companies, the night will also be a great opportunity for the industry to get together and socialise in a relaxed environment after what has been another unusual year.”
