As part of the collaboration between Burnley FC and Spreadex Sports, Clarets players linked with the firm for a host of activations.
The opening activity tested the players’ knowledge when it comes to football, with James Tarkowski, Ashley Barnes, Matthew Lowton and Ashley Westwood competing in the 30 second challenge.
SpreadEx presenter, Hannah Robson quizzed the Claret stars to name as many players from a specific nationality currently plying their trade in the English top flight.
In an additional activation, Clarets players also tested their quickfire finishing, short passing and dribbling as Spreadex put them through their paces.
SpreadEx linked with Burnley as the club’s principal partner in the summer of last year, and it is a collaboration that has gone from strength to strength.
After agreeing the deal, Spreadex CEO Dave MacKenzie said: “We are delighted to join the Burnley FC family as main sponsor at an exciting time in both the club’s and our own futures.
“This deal reflects the ambitious growth plans Spreadex has as a company, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with a superbly-run club with such an established history and reputation.
“Burnley’s values and ambitions echo our own, and we’re looking forward to supporting the club throughout the 2021/2022 season both on and off the pitch.”
