“Typically, the five top gambling markets are UKGC, MGA, Curaçao, Gibraltar & Isle of Man. Great Britain achieved a total gross gambling yield of £14.3 billion in 2019.

“Sports betting represents the largest online gambling sector. On average, online gamblers have three separate accounts with different online gambling operators.” 

After stating some of the ‘pain points’ of Frictionless Verification Blackburn went on to offer some solutions: “You need to know the Name, DOB and Address of your customer base now more than ever before due to regulators. 

“Verification should be made easy for your customers; don’t make players jump through additional unnecessary hoops or become confused by your journey. 

“Create a seamless journey. If a customer is redirected, has to go through ‘pop-ups’ or has to use blatant third party solutions you risk losing those customers due to lack of trust.”
